How to submit?

Step 1 (deadline 15 February 2014 - extended to 1st April 2014)


The whole submission and review process takes place online. Therefore, in order to submit a paper, you should first register online to the conference information system at: After entering the conference system you will find a form for submitting your paper.


The deadline for full paper or extended abstract submission is 15 February 2014-extended to 1st April 2014.


File with the paper should be named Surname-ML14.docx (for example Smith-ML14.docx).

Every full paper will be double-blind reviewed. Author receive a review of submitted paper. It includes the report that clearly states whether the contribution is accepted into the conference programme and if submitted contribution needs any improvements in order to be included in the Conference Proceedings.


Please note that you will receive the notification of acceptance by the conference information system by 15 March 2014.


Each paper submitted must have at least one unique author. That is, if you wish to submit more than one paper, each of the additional papers must have at least one co-author who is not the co-author of any other paper submitted to MakeLearn 2014. Please also note that you have to pay one participation fee per each paper accepted in the programme. Please check the registration policy for detailed information.

Step 2 (deadline 15 April 2014)


If your paper is accepted for the conference, you will have to submit a final (revised) paper by 15 April 2014. Submit the full (revised) paper, taking into account both reviews. By submitting the full paper you confirm that you have read the registration policy and that you will present the submitted paper at the conference.


Please note that you must edit the paper according to the proceedings instructions (please click here).


Only full papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings in the electronic form - CD. MakeLearn 2014 Conference Proceedings will be published also on Econpapers and in Economistonline. Summaries of the full papers will be published in the printed Book of Abstracts and on the conference webpage. If you have changed the summary in the revised paper this new version of the summary will be published in the Book of Abstracts.
