Registration policy

Submission policy


One unique author should be registered for each paper accepted for presentation and publication.

You can be an author of only one single-author paper and more multiple-author papers, but with different authors.

If you are an author or co-author on more than one accepted paper, each paper must have one unique author registration to be accepted for conference presentation and publication.

If multiple, same-single-author papers are submitted and accepted, only one will be scheduled for conference presentation and publication.

MakeLearn conference issue acceptance letters to authors and other invited people only if they have registered online and payed the fee by a due date.

All panel invitation letters to editors and forum invitation letters to rectors/deans are conditional (i.e., they will have to register online with payment by a due date).


Cancellation policy


Subject to bank transfer fees and foreign exchange rate: 


30 % of the paid amount will be held in case of cancellation received until 30 April 2014 (including this date).
60 % of the paid amount will be held in case of cancellation received until 15 May 2014 (including this date).

Cancellations received after 15 May 2014 will be charged the full rate.


All refunds will be made when the conference ends.


No refund for a conference fee will be made after 30 April 2014, to all participants whose article will be published in the Conference Proceedings.

Badge policy statement


Badge is provided to help your fellow participants as well as for identifying you as a registered delegate to hotel/restaurant personnel and conference staff. Each registration package contains an official badge. Please wear your badge at all events. All meetings, sessions/panels, coffee breaks, luncheons, and dinners are limited to registered delegates only, and badges will be required to enter.
